The company
ADOK is Doimo Cityline brand
1
The roots
Adok is a young brand, but that doesn't mean it is without history and foundations.
Its roots are those of Doimo Cityline and its founder, Giuseppe Doimo.

Adok and Doimo,
a story that started long ago
1949
This was the year when the name Doimo became a brand name. Production of bedrooms began.
The 1960s
These were the years in which the industrial dimension developed and consolidated to the point that it became necessary to create two separate companies based on their production mission: Doimo f.lli, specialised in the manufacture of bedrooms, and Doimo F&C, dedicated to the production of living rooms.
The 1970s
The Doimo Group is born, a successful business decision that unlocks significant financial and production synergies between the individual companies and increases their competitive strength in domestic and foreign markets.
The 1980s
These were years of growth and productive development for the Group, a direct consequence of choices made with strategic clarity and operational consistency. Doimo takes on an increasingly important role in the world of furniture.
The 1990s
In 1991, Doimo Cityline was born, a project generated by the design culture that the Group has embraced with consistency and determination. The focus is on children’s bedrooms: a decision born from Giuseppe Doimo’s comprehension of the changes taking place in Italian families with regard to childhood and adolescence.
2000
In 2008, the new production unit was inaugurated. A cutting-edge facility in terms of both architecture and logistics/production, designed to accommodate the Doimo Cityline brand product lines. The company has become a reference point for efficiency, productivity and flexibility thanks to process automation and function integration.
Today
The most important challenge facing Doimo today is sustainability. It does it with the clarity of purpose and determination it has always shown. Aesthetics, functionality and profitability are nothing without the awareness that we do not have a spare planet. That every resource – environmental, energy, cultural – is an asset we have borrowed and for which we must answer to future generations. For Doimo, being a sustainable company means taking on environmental, economic and social responsibilities towards all stakeholders.

Corporate family culture
Doimo and Adok: a strength that lies in the determination of its founders who, in the late 1940s, managed to transform a small town destroyed by war into Europe’s second largest manufacturing economy. The family culture is still the foundation on which Adok can rely today: the current production unit, futuristic and cutting-edge, is located less than a kilometre from the company’s historic headquarters, which now bases its industrial processes on the most modern technologies available. An entrepreneurial adventure that continues with Adok and is now in the hands of the grandchildren of the founder Giuseppe Doimo, Alberto and Giuseppe, and his daughter Laura, who took up his intellectual legacy in the 1980s.

Productivity
The Adok production unit is Doimo Cityline. The company has a cutting-edge system for the furniture sector, and not only in relation to our country: it is characterised by the use of the most modern technologies, supplied by the best Italian and German manufacturers, and by the total automation of all departments, all processes and all functions. This system allows us to produce a large quantity of furniture while still guaranteeing the highest quality in every single piece.
